Colorectal Adenocarcinoma in Bladder

Metastatic colorectal cancers involving the urinary bladder can spread along the mucosal surface as seen here. They may even show foci that mimic in-situ adenocarcinoma leading to the mistaken diagnosis of primary bladder adenocarcinoma.
