This fibrous pseudotumor consists of numerous firm nodules ranging in size from just a couple of millimeters to more than 1.0 cm arising from the tunica vaginalis. The tumor was resected along with the tunica. In many cases, a testicular neoplasm cannot be definitively excluded preoperatively and orchiectomy is carried out.
