Paratesticular embryonal rhabdomyosarcomas (RMS) have ill-defined, infiltrative borders and a solid, fleshy, pink-tan or grey-white cut surface. Areas of necrosis and cystic change are frequently present. This orchiectomy specimen shows a paratesticular embryonal RMS in a teenager.
