Image Description

Adenomatoid is the most common paratesticular tumor. It usually arises in the epididymis (seen on the left in this image). Other structures that may be involved include testicular tunics and the spermatic cord. The tumor is composed of solid nests, glandular spaces, and tubules lined by flattened or low cuboidal cells.
