Introduction: Gonadoblastoma is a rare tumor that contains both germ cells (seminoma-like cells, immature germ cells & spermatogonia-like cells) as well as sex cord-stromal cells (resembling granulosa cells and Sertoli cells). It is associated with gonadal dysgenesis.
