Image Description
Microscopic Features: Adult granulosa cell tumor (AGCT) of the testis is well-circumscribed but not encapsulated. The tumor is composed of nodules of granulosa cells separated by scant to moderate amounts of collagenous stroma. Within the nodules, the tumor cells grow in different architectural patterns which are admixed and lack prognostic significance. The most common pattern is diffuse sheets with no organized structure.
