Image Description
Gross Pathology: Most Sertoli cell tumors of the testis are small (2-5 cm), solid, firm, and well-circumscribed with a tan-yellow or white cut surface. Larger tumors should raise the concern for malignancy. About 30-40% of cases have cystic areas. Necrosis and hemorrhage are uncommon.
