Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma of the Testis: The tumor is composed of large atypical lymphoid cells with round to oval (sometimes irregular or multilobated) vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and scant cytoplasm. Sclerosis may be prominent in the background stroma (about one-third of cases).
