Testicular Carcinoid

Primary well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor (carcinoid) of the testis. A few seminiferous tubules are seen in the lower right of the image. The testicular parenchyma surrounding the tumor lacks germ cell neoplasia-in-situ.
