Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor

Placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) consists of intermediate trophoblastic cells. The tumor cells have large, irregular hyperchromatic nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Multinucleated forms are quite common.
