Classic biphasic appearance in a testicular choriocarcinoma consisting of mononucleated cytotrophoblastic cells with clear cytoplasm closely associated with and capped by multinucleated syncytiotrophoblasts with deeply eosinophilic cytoplasm. Note the irregular nuclei of syncytiotrophoblasts with dark, smudgy chromatin.
