Image Description

Intratubular growth of tumor cells is commonly seen. It may give rise to separate foci of tumor resulting in multinodular appearance. The tumor cells have completely replaced the germ cells as well as the Sertoli cells. Intratubular growth should not be mistaken for intratubular germ cell neoplasia, unclassified.
