Granulomatous reaction consisting of small nests of epithelioid histiocytes and multinucleated Langhans-type giant cells may be seen in seminoma. Note the clear cytoplasm of the tumor cells and the characteristic lymphoid infiltrate in the fibrous trabeculae separating the tumor cells.
