Image Description
The image (higher magnification of the previous image) shows diffuse sheets and nests of tumor cells with clear cytoplasm separated by fibrous trabeculae containing lymphocytes. Plasma cells and histiocytes may also be seen in addition to lymphocytes in these trabeculae. Majority of the lymphocytes are of T-cell type and are thought to represent host-response to the tumor.
