Immunostaining with PIN4 cocktail (HMWCK, p63, AMACR) shows strong immunoreactivity for AMACR (red chromogen) and the absence of basal cells in malignant glands. Immunostaining in this case was not considered necessary for diagnosis; it was performed for teaching purposes.
