Image Description

This is a post-brachytherapy biopsy showing recurrent adenocarcinoma. The malignant acini are poorly-formed, consisting of no more than two to three cells. They have abundant foamy cytoplasm and small dark nuclei. Occasional cells have enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei. See next image for AMACR immunoreactivity.
