This was a small focus of 8-10 distorted glands adjacent to a focus of chronic inflammation at the edge of a prostate needle biopsy. The architectural features are those of cancer; however, cytologic atypia is minimal. The glands were negative for basal cell cocktail (CK5/14 + p63). See next image for AMACR immunoreactivity.
