This seminal vesicle is from a 45 year-old man who underwent radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. The pigment granules are scarce and are seen in the upper and lower right corners of the image. The image shows numerous medium-sized acini which can be mistaken for prostatic adenocarcinoma.
