Gleason Score 5+5; Comedonecrosis

Solid nest of tumor cells with comedonecrosis (Gleason score 5+5=10). The center shows ghosts of necrotic cells surrounded by a layer of karyorrhectic debris outside which are layers of viable tumor cells.
