Sarcomatoid Renal Cell Carcinoma

The tumor is yellow-tan with areas of hemorrhage and necrosis. Microscopically, it was composed predominantly of malignant fibrous histiocytoma-like areas. Small foci of conventional clear cell renal cell carcinoma were present.
