Chromophobe Renal Cell Carcinoma : Eosinophilic type

The 'raisinoid nuclei' typical of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma can be seen in scattered cells. The cells have very distinct nuclear halos and prominent cytoplasmic membranes which impart a 'plant-like' appearance.
