RCC, Fuhrman Nuclear Grade 4

The marked nuclear enlargement of grade 4 nuclei is obvious when compared to the scattered inflammatory cells. Prominent cherry-red nucleoli, with some nuclei harboring two or three nucleoli, are seen in this image.
