Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

This clear cell renal cell carcinoma is mutlifocal, has variegated multinodular appearance with the characteristic golden-yellow color. There is also an irregular tan-grey region posteriorly of fibrosis and myxoid degeneration.
