Wilms Tumor : Smooth Muscle Stroma

The stromal component of Wilms tumor is usually fibroblastic or myxoid and may contain heterologous elements such as skeletal muscle, smooth muscle (shown here, upper right), bone, cartilage, adipose tissue, and neuroglial tissue.
