Multicystic Nephroma: The cysts are lined by flattened (almost endothelium-like) epithelium. The stroma is loose fibrous and spindled type in most cases; however, some cases have dense fibroblastic ovarian type stroma in the septa separating cysts (shown here). Ovarian type stroma is seen more commonly in Mixed Epithelial and Stromal Tumor of the kidney
