Image Description
Metanephric Adenoma - Nuclear Features: Metanephric adenoma is a highly cellular tumor composed of embryonal epithelial cells arranged in tightly packed small tubules. The nuclei are uniform, round or ovoid, often overlapping with occasional folds, dispersed chromatin, and inconspicuous nucleoli. The combination of hyperchromatic nuclei and minimal cytoplasm creates a small round blue cell tumor appearance, but without any pleomorphism or increased mitotic activity.
