Epithelioid Angiomyolipoma : SMA

Immunohistochemical stains are not necessary in classic triphasic tumors. In unusual morphologic variants, they may be extremely helpful. The image shows smooth muscle actin immunoreactivity in an epithelioid angiomyolipoma.
