Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma

Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma (UPS) of the Kidney: This is an example of retroperitoneal UPS with secondary renal involvement. The tumor formed multiple large, fleshy nodules which surrounded the kidney.
