Image Description
This is a whole slide scan showing renal involvement by Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Extranodal involvement is frequently seen in MCL. About 30% to 50% of patients show tumor infiltrates in more than two extranodal sites. The sites most commonly involved include gastrointestinal tract, liver, spleen, bone marrow, peripheral blood, central nervous system, genitourinary system, lungs and pleura.
