Image Description

The tumor shows large lymphoma cells with round or oval nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and moderate to abundant amphophilic cytoplasm. Lymphomas involving the urinary and male genital tract make up less than 5% of extranodal lymphomas. The most common site of involvement in genitourinary lymphomas is the kidney (almost 60% of cases). Secondary renal involvement is seen much more frequently than primary renal lymphomas.
