Subtotal penectomy specimen (11.0 cm) from a 50 y/o male who presented with an ulcerated nodular lesion over glans penis. The lesion measure 5.0 cm in greatest dimension and was associated with preputial thickening. Histopathology showed infiltrating moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.
