Image Description

Idiopathic Scrotal Calcinosis: Microscopically, it consists of granular as well as large globular basophilic deposits of calcium within the dermis. These deposits are usually surrounded by a wall of histiocytic/foreign body giant cell response. Recognizable cyst wall fragments are sometimes seen. The treatment consists of surgical resection.
