Genital Herpes in a patient with CLL: The patient presented with vesicles and ulcers on foreskin and glans penis. The section shows intradermal blister with acantholysis and multinucleated keratinocytes containing characteristic homogenous, ground-glass intranuclear inclusions with peripheral margination of nuclear chromatin. There is intense acute inflammation in the background.
