Genital Herpes in a patient with CLL: There were grouped vesicles as well as confluent ulcers on foreskin and glans penis. At the interface between ulcerated and non-ulcerated areas, multinucleated keratinocytes with characteristic homogenous ground-glass intranuclear inclusions of Herpes virus are seen.
