Also known as lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, BXO usually affects older men and may have an autoimmune etiology. Clinically, it presents as firm whitish patch on glans or prepuce. Microscopically, there is orthokeratotic hyperkeratosis and epidermal atrophy.
