Kaposi sarcoma of stomach in a 60 y/o renal transplant recepient. This disease microscopically resembles Kaposi sarcoma elsewhere in the body, with hyperchromatic spindled cells forming numerous small vascular channels in a background of erythrocyte extravasation.
