The main differential diagnosis of gastric MALTOMA includes reactive lymphoid hyperplasia and plasma cell granuloma. The presence of diffuse infiltration by lymphocytes in between gastric glands and lymphoepithelial lesions favor lymphoma over reactive conditions.
