Features favoring reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (pseudolymphoma) include mixed inflammatory infiltrate, reactive germinal centers, vascular proliferation, and polyclonal staining pattern for immunoglobulins. Some patients harbor coexistent malignant lymphomas or develop overt lymphomas subsequently. Careful follow-up is therefore recommended.
