Image Description

Here's another example of incidentally identified heterotopic pancreas in stomach, treated by wedge resection (same case as the previous image). The clinical impression was gastrointestinal stromal tumor or neuroendocrine tumor. Note the well-circumscribed, yellowish nodule with lobular architecture, resembling normal pancreas.
