GIST : Epithelioid with Myxoid Matrix

This GIST displays background myxoid matrix, focally decreasing the tumor's cellularity. Such myxoid areas are usually only seen in some regions of the tumor, and they are more common in epithelioid GISTs than in spindle cell GISTs.
