Image Description
This epithelioid GIST displays more plump, rounded cells with an increased nuclear:cytoplasmic ratio compared to the tumor in the previous image. This feature is suggestive of a more aggressive behavior, but this is most reliably determined based on the tumor size and mitotic rate (with > 5 mitoses/high power field being a poor prognostic indicator).
