Gastric Adenocarcinoma, Diffuse Type (Linitis Plastica; Signet Ring Cell Carcinoma)

The tumor cells are infiltrating the muscle bundles of stomach wall. Signet ring cell carcinoma can mimic chronic inflammation as well as lymphoma.
