Intestinal ganglioneuromas resemble their soft tissue counterpart. They can involve the mucosa but are usually submucosal, as in this picture. Patients with multiple intestinal ganglioneuromas may have neurofibromatosis 1 or multiple endocrine neoplasia 2b.
