Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

This GIST is hypercellular, with numerous hyperchromatic nuclei arranged in fascicles. These features are more suggestive of malignant behavior, but this tumor should be still be stratified based on the size and mitotic count per 50 high-power fields.
