Microscopic Features: Solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) of pancreas is quite cellular and resembles pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. It shows varied histologic patterns consisting of solid, pseudopapillary and cystic areas. Hemorrhagic-necrotic foci are commonly present.
