Mucinous Cystic Neoplasm of Pancreas, Low-Grade: The mucinous epithelial lining is arranged in irregular papillary folds and shows minimal atypia. There is mild nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia and nuclear stratification. Nuclear polarity is maintained. Mitotic activity is not increased. Note the scattered goblet cells.
