Mucinous Cystic Neoplasm : High-grade

The top surface shows mucinous cystic neoplasm, high-grade (carcinoma-in-situ), whereas the bottom portion shows low-grade features. The high-grade areas have complex glandular and cribriform architecture, nuclear hyperchromasia and pleomorphism, nuclear stratification, loss of polarity, prominent nucleoli, and frequent mitoses.
