Low-grade mucinous cystic neoplasm of Pancreas: The cystic spaces are lined by columnar epithelium with minimal atypia. There is mild nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia and nuclear stratification. Nuclear polarity is maintained. Mitotic activity is not increased. Note the scattered goblet cells.
