AdenoCA of Colon : Bladder Metastases

This patient had a history of advanced stage colorectal carcinoma with liver metastases. He presented with gross hematuria and was found to have a polypoid mass in his urinary bladder on cystoscopy. A biopsy showed poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma consistent with metastasis from colorectal primary.
