AdenoCA of Colon : Bladder Metastases

Urinary bladder is an uncommon site for metastasis from colorectal adenicarcinoma. Metastatic deposits may mimic primary tumor. In this case, the metastatic tumor had ulcerated through to involve the urothelial surface mimicking primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder.
